Bright, new-fashioned room with a large bathroom...

The staff was nice, wonderful, and responded promptly to requests. the location was favourable, so close to West Plains, MO and stores and shopping. - Lucky that it was around a 10-15 minute walk from Captain D's, offering food to go. My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Plains Southwest, An IHG Hotel in West Plains was great! the staff were incredibly friendly and quick to help with any requests. I loved how conveniently located the hotel was, close to West Plains, MO, and various shops. Plus, being just a short walk away from Captain D's for some takeout food was a nice bonus.

Wonderful experience there. Brand-new hotel in a beautiful area not far from several walkable fast food restaurants and several eateries and West Plains. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Large bathroom, bright, new-fashioned room.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as everything I needed was within a 15-minute drive. Additionally, having a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room was a great advantage, especially for someone with food allergies like myself.

While the bathroom in the room was modern and nice, the low lighting made it difficult to manage makeup application or shaving. The heavy wooden bathroom door could also be a challenge for someone with mobility issues.

We enjoyed our stay at this place; our room was modern and bright, and the facilities were clean.

The property and staff were exceptional, friendly atmosphere, wonderful staff, comfortable beds, convenient location, well-stocked breakfast bar.
